Due to flight delays, we will be hosting our Swiss Dinner on Wednesday, 8/12 instead!

We're bringing the Alps to Des Moines! 🏔️🇨🇭
If there is one thing we all know about the Swiss, it's that they know what's up when it comes to cheese. Being purveyors of fine cheeses ourselves, we're hosting a whole night dedicated to the dairy delights of Switzerland!

On Tuesday, August 11, we're honored to welcome Joe Salonia, Gourmino's U.S. cheese specialist and ambassador. Joe works closely with Switzerland's master cheesemakers and affineurs, sharing their passion for handcrafted cheeses and the centuries-old traditions that make Swiss cheese world-renowned. His expertise has helped introduce award-winning Swiss cheeses to cheeselovers across the United States, and we're thrilled to have him share his knowledge and stories throughout the evening.

We have created a five-course menu inspired by classic Swiss cuisine with a creative twist. Guests will enjoy dishes including traditional fondue and raclette but reimagined and thoughtfully paired with sparkling wine to complement the flavors.

Eat hot dogs and drink daiquiris for a great cause! 🌭🍹

Join us this Saturday, 7/18 for a fun-filled celebration at Daiqs & Dogs! We'll be slinging specialty daiquiris and grilling up delicious hot dogs from 4pm to close with proceeds from sales benefiting One Tail at a Time Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. 🐶

Bring your buddies, grab a daiq, enjoy a hot dog, and help support some four-legged friends. If you're sitting on the patio, your pup is welcome to join the fun too!

Come hungry, thirsty, and ready to make a difference. We'll see you this Saturday for glizzies, daiqs, and good times!
