💜 WE’RE HIRING! COME JOIN THE 99ERS TEAM! 💜

We’re looking to add 1–2 part-time bartenders to our crew!

As a small, independent, women- and queer-owned sports bar, we’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, community, and creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone who walks through our doors. 🫶

A little more about what we’re looking for:

🍻 Experience matters! Previous bartending or hospitality industry experience is required.

💜 Community is everything! We’re a small team, so reliability, communication, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are incredibly important to us.

📅 Availability is a BIG one! We’re specifically looking for people who can work weekday opening shifts (starting at 3:45PM), with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and special events.

⏰ Our hours fluctuate! We’re a sports bar, which means our business changes with the seasons, sports schedules, and events. Some weeks you may work 4–8 hours, while others could be 12–20. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with that variability rather than expecting consistent weekly hours.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: We want to be transparent about our scheduling needs upfront! These aren’t just preferences; they’re the specific gaps we’re looking to fill. If your availability doesn’t align with what we’ve outlined, this likely won’t be the right fit at this time.

We’re incredibly proud of the space and community we’ve built at the 99ers, and we’re excited to welcome a couple more people who want to be part of it! 💜

📩 INTERESTED? Send your resume to [email protected]

Know someone who would be a great fit? Tag them or send this their way!
