Shinsei Shinsei is the concept of Tracy Rathbun & Lynae Fearing. We are a traditional sushi bar with a Pan-Asian kitchen.

Shinsei means “rebirth”, which we think suits our Pan-Asian restaurant very well. Combining Cajun, Texas, Thai, and Japanese flavors, our cuisine is modern, dynamic, and born from the creative inspirations of our talented chefs. When guests visit our relaxed and elegant space, they’ll find a variety of tantalizing menu items to choose from, such as our Lobster Tacos, Shrimp Dumplings, sushi rolls,

and sashimi. We’re also proud to source many of our ingredients from local farms so guests get a taste of something especially fresh and delicious every time they dine with us at Shinsei.
