Onto September Sap Taps! Here’s a rundown of this month in Mondays:
9/7 - Dawg Daze Haze - 10-Day Session Hazy IPA
Brewed 10 days ago, this fundraiser Sap Tap for the Peaks N Pines Pawtoberfest Team “PNP Dawgs”, benefits the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region with proceeds from this beer and every pint sold at both locations on Labor Day.
The beer, a full-bodied New-England Style Hazy IPA boasts bouquets of tropical, citrus, and stone fruits on the nose from late-boil additions of Idaho 7, Motueka, Comet, and Nelson Sauvin hops. With a decadent and creamy mouthfeel for a rounded finish, Norwegian yeast provided this brew with fast ferment times to ensure a clean brew in only 10 days.
9/14 - Citrus Step Child - Ginger Lemon Blonde
This refreshing blonde ale strikes the perfect balance between bright, zesty lemon and a subtle, warming ginger spice. It’s a light-bodied, crisp brew that’s perfect for enjoying on a sunny September afternoon.
9/21 - Wild Warrior Adventure - “Bachforelle” - Herman Joseph Clone
Another Sap Tap for a cause this September as we welcomed back Jonny from Wild Warrior Adventure to brew this clone of a classic Colorado brew from the big guys in Golden.
To refresh, Wild Warrior Adventure is non-profit aimed to empower Veterans and Active-Duty service members and their families through spiritual, and fly fishing-focused outdoor adventure programs. WWA has served over 300 Warriors in exceptional environments to free Veterans from distractions of civilian life, encouraging them to find freedom from bo***ge, and build emotional and spiritual resiliency.
Come by Monday September 21st to drink for a cause as we highlight WWA’s work in our region, talk fly fishing, and share a glass of our Collaboration, “Bachforelle”, a pale lager featuring Colorado grown malt.

9/28 - Angry Opa - Jalapeno Smoked Dunkle
We’re breaking German Purity laws with this one. Pleasant smoked flavor gently accompanies a roasted malt backbone in this light-drinking dark lager. One and a half pounds of brewer-roasted jalapenos is the highlighting flavor as a warm punch of jalapeno spice keeps the palate begging for more. Prost!
