Gussie’s is a project of passion inspired by my love of Italian cooking and serving our friends and family. This inspiration comes from my grandmother Augusta “Gussie”, being in the kitchen with grandma was always a joy. Throwing a dinner party for friends and family was always the best day with grandma. As I grew, I took what I learned not only from my inspiration, Grandma Gussie but also my grea

t aunts and my travels to Italy. Gussie’s Handmade Italian brings all those experiences together to bring the joy of using the freshest ingredients and fresh pastas to bring the family party to you. As Grandma Gussie would say when I asked her the secret to her recipes, she would reply “Love piccolo love!”
