Amada crew had the pleasure of catering the couple’s cocktail hour + wedding reception and their menu was one for the books! We served belgian endives, lamb meatballs with tzatziki, olive tapenade, honey gem salad, saffron rice, summer street corn, roasted tri-colored carrots, braised lamb shoulder, and ropa vieja hanger steak!
