Hello folks! We have some exciting but also disappointing news. On May 27th, Chattanooga Football Club will play against Chivas U23 in a friendly at Finley Stadium Complex. This event will be right across from Chattanooga Brewing Company where this year's Beer Over Dirt was to be held. As the beer sponsor for The Chattahooligans and because of the close proximity, we are expecting to be slammed. Unfortunately this means we will have to postpone the revival of Beer Over Dirt. Stay on the lookout for an announcement on the new date. Our apologies for any broken hearts this may have caused.

So we are planning to move the date to March 15 next year. It will coincide with a new North Chattanooga Event you will be hearing about for St. Patrick's Day. We are also making some changes to improve the event experience. Stay tuned ....

Don't forget that this evening, North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy and Velo Coffee Roasters are joining forces again to raise awareness on NCCC's conservation efforts of the North Chickamuaga Creek Watershed.

This time, we will meet at Velo Coffee Roasters at 6:30 this Friday and ride our bikes to Moccasin Bend Brewing Company at a leisurely pace. Helmets and bike lights are suggested as we will be riding city streets to St. Elmo.

Participation is free, but we do ask for any cash donations for North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy.

This Saturday is National Trails Day! The Soddy-Daisy Chapter of the TN Trails Assoc. will be leading hikes at Greenway Farm from 10am-3pm. Meet at the log cabin for a chance to explore the outdoors. See the link in the first comment for more information.

Thanks to everybody that came out to this year's Beer Over Dirt. The beer lines were a bit long, and the rain was spotty, but we appreciate your patience as we grow the event. And it was all for a good cause, all money raised from beer wristbands was donated to the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy.
