Our goal is to be the first brewpub in Georgia to focus on Asian-Fusion cuisine. Hopstix boasts Robata Grill, Raw Bar and Beer Bar, a dining area that sits up to 85 people, and a 1100sf private room with a 12'x12' full view glass garage door that brings outdoor inside. Robata originates from a centuries-old country style cooking by northern Japanese fishermen around a communal hearth (Irori) that

serves both as a cooking area and a source of heat, found on the northernmost island of Japan, Hokkaido.

Now pouring at Hopstix: Creature Comforts Brewing Co. Sapelo Aperitivo. 🍊 Crafted in Georgia with Sapelo Island sour oranges, this bright, citrus-forward aperitivo brings a classic bittersweet finish that’s perfect for spritzes, cocktails, or simply over ice.

We’re enjoying it here as a Sapelo Spritz with sparkling w**e and soda water, but it’s just as delicious mixed your way. Even better, every bottle of Sapelo sold by Creature Comforts supports Save Our Legacy Ourself Save Our Legacy Ourself (SOLO)and their community-led efforts to reestablish their cultivation of the Sapelo Sour - oranges first brought to the island from Spain in the 1600s.
