Trade The Trade Experience is inspired by the deepest notions of the Greek way of life.

Opened in Boston's Atlantic Wharf building in October 2011, TRADE was conceptualized by acclaimed Chef Jody Adams along with partners Eric Papachristos and Sean Griffing as a casual place for food and drink inspired by travel. The cuisine is influenced by flavors of the Mediterranean, Asia, North Africa and beyond.

The flavors of Northern Greece found a home at our table this past weekend! From the first bite to the last, every dish carried a deep sense of place — the herbs, the smoke, the brightness of a region whose culinary traditions don’t ask for much attention because they’ve never needed it.
