Greetings Hop Jammers,

We are sorry to drop this wet-towel on you but for reasons we cannot fully explain, our ticket sales are so low right now we have to cancel Hop Jam 2017.

We are already in the process of issuing full refunds and they should go through in the next 10-14 days. For hotel cancellations, please contact your respective accommodations directly.

We made a lot of adjustments to this year’s event, anticipating a ticket sales decrease due to push back after last year’s long lines and also an industry-wide “fatigue” that seems to be taking place, (ticket sales were noticeably slower for several other beer fests that our organizers are associated with.) But we didn’t in our wildest nightmares envision that sales would be this slow at this point.

To say we are really bummed is a gross understatement. The amount of work done for Hop Jam by our staff and volunteers over the years is immense, not to mention the amount of fun we’ve had and the relationships we’ve developed with all of you! To have it come to a screeching halt like this is just gut wrenching.

We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and our glasses and we hope that we will be able to Jam with you at future events!

We will be busy buttoning up all things Hop Jam related, but please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
