Fall is officially happening at the Roadside bar. The girls have been brainstorming, ideating, infusing, muddling, shaking, sipping, and very responsibly re-tasting their way through a brand new cocktail list, made for cozy nights, good company, and staying a little longer than you planned. Formal introductions are coming soon, but the bar stools are open now.

It’s getting colder out, and that’s when we start craving comfort food. For us, that’s the balsamic glazed brussels sprouts with dried cranberries. Warm, a little sweet, a little tart. Ava will take good care of you, and if you ask, she’ll tell you which of our fall cocktails to pair with them.

We've always believed the little things are the big things. The way our team gets ready for a shift, the prep before the doors open, the care that goes into things most people never think twice about. You might not see it, but you'll feel it. It's all about comfort.

Some people learn hospitality, but others are just born for it. Amy was gifted the hospitality gene, and everyone around her is better for it. She's been behind our bar for years, and if you've ever pulled up a seat, you know exactly why so many of her guests keep coming back.

For Amy, every shift is a party. She's the hostess with the mostest, and you're the guest of honor. She's not putting on a show, though. She's making sure everyone around her feels welcome, taken care of, and a little lighter than when they walked in. She puts you at ease, she makes you laugh, and that comfort doesn't stay at the bar. You feel it the moment you walk through the door, whether you're sitting with her or across the dining room.

And Amy LOVES ice cream. If you've spent any time with her, chances are you've heard her talk about it, or enjoyed one of her famous hummers. And if you haven't, you need to.
