Republica has 5 Berkley High graduates this year!
These young men spent part of their journey growing up right here at Republica.
We’ve watched them bus tables, wash dishes, run food, greet guests, stay late when needed, and even cook! These boys came to us with strong work ethics and truly mature into some of the best employees & young men to ever walk through our doors.
As they graduate from Berkley High School, we’re reminded that restaurants can be more than places to eat. They can be places where young people learn responsibility, confidence, teamwork, and what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.
These young men represent exactly what gives us hope for the future.
Not all of them are leaving us. A few will still be around, continuing to grow with our team while they begin their next chapter. And for those heading off to new adventures, know that you’ll always be part of the Republica family.
These young men leave behind some very big shoes to fill.
No matter where life takes you, you’ll always have a seat at our table.
