You may have heard a dinner bell… but have you heard the hop bells toll??

It’s harvest season! This year we planned a longgg road trip to Coleman Agriculture and timed it just right to catch the small crossover between the Citra and Mosaic picking windows.

Harvest is an around-the-clock operation. The farms put in some serious hours to get these little green nuggs picked at just the right time. We figured the least we could do was put in some miles of our own, pay them a visit, and bring some fresh hops home with us.

Fresh hops mean a long drive and some extra work on brew day, but there’s nothing quite like getting these hops from the field into a b**r at peak freshness.

✨ For all you fresh hop weirdos out there, the first release of the season made with fresh Strata is coming next week! Fresh hop Citra & Mosaic releases will follow at the end of the month!
