This is NOT your childhood grilled cheese. 🤤🧀

Our Short Rib Grilled Cheese brings slow-braised short rib, melty Jack and American cheeses, and caramelized onions together between slices of grilled sourdough. Add a side of beef tallow French fries, and your lunch plans are officially made.

Available Tuesday–Saturday until 3:30 p.m. at Monkey Cat in downtown Auburn.
