2 years.
2 years ago, our lives changed. After this we started to look at things from a different perspective — not just as business owners, but as a family, as a team, and as a part of this community.
The fire didn’t just close our doors. It tested us. It tested our patience, our faith, and our strength. There were days we didn’t know what the future would look like. Days full of uncertainty, paperwork, waiting, rebuilding, and starting over in ways we never imagined.
But what never burned down… was our love for this place.
And what never faded… was the support from all of you.
Over these past two years, we’ve learned that Sierra Grill Smokehouse is more than a restaurant. It’s memories. It’s birthdays. It’s date nights. It’s after-game dinners. It’s families gathering around a table. It’s community.
Reopening wasn’t just about rebuilding walls — it was about rebuilding a dream. And standing here now, two years later, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. For the customers who checked in. For the employees who stayed loyal. For the friends who never let us give up. For every single person who believed we would come back.
Yesterday marks two years since the fire.
But it also marks resilience. Growth. Perspective. Gratitude.
Thank you, again to our community who welcomed us back with open arms🥂♡
Hello everyone!
We woke up to unfortunate news this morning. A fire had started outside the back of our restaurant and moved in through half our kitchen. We are incredibly devistated 😔 and apologize to our customers that we have to close until we can start our construction and hoping we can reopen ASAP.
Please please!! support us by our other family restaurant (Old Town Grill) located in Old Town Auburn.
Currently our hours of operation now are 8am to 3pm but we will accommodate our hours longer with in next week to have dinner served until Sierra Grill reopens. We are sorry to everyone who is affected by the loss of the resturant, especially to our wonderful staff that has stood by our side for 15+ years and to all of their families that are going to be affected by this unemployment. So again, please support smokehouse by supporting Old Town Grill!
