Allow us to introduce you to something a little different… Pandan-monium.
For those unfamiliar, pandan is one of those flavors that’s difficult to describe, but instantly recognizable if you grew up with it. Aromatic and lightly sweet, pandan carries notes often compared to vanilla, toasted rice, coconut, and fresh-cut grass. It’s a flavor deeply rooted in many Southeast Asian desserts and drinks, and one that has always felt nostalgic to us.
Starting with a honey base, we age this batch on rum oak chips to build layers of warm vanilla and subtle toasted oak character before blending in coconut and pandan leaf. The end result is smooth, tropical, aromatic, and unlike anything else currently on our menu.
Pandan-monium is one of those drinks that tends to surprise people. Even those who have never experienced pandan before usually find themselves immediately pulled in by the familiar warmth of coconut, vanilla, and oak before the pandan slowly reveals itself sip after sip.
