We feature mainly artisanal w**es from all over the world that are minimally manipulated, cleanly crafted using modern techniques and yet reflect their native terroir. Although our collection focuses heavily on w**es from artisanal producers, family owned w**eries, up and coming w**emakers and farmer/grower cooperatives, we also feature small lot production w**es from many well known names and some off the beaten path. Many of our selections also include sustainably farmed, biodynamic or organically farmed w**es -- all of which are growing movements in w**e regions across the world designed to bring you purity. You will be hard pressed to find hardly any of these w**es at grocery stores or big box retailers because, frankly, there just isn't enough "volume" of these fabulous w**es made, that would grab the interest of these big guys. We strongly believe the best w**e is crafted in small lots with great care in w**eries and not mass-produced in a facility that looks like petroleum refinery or a chemical processing plant. We are also proud to feature one of the largest selections of keg w**es by the glass a movement whose time has come and we are one of it's biggest proponents. In addition to being the best way to keep w**es fresh after the completion of its vinification and aging, it is also the most planet friendly and energy efficient way to package and transport w**es putting out the least amount of greenhouse gases per ounce of w**e while simultaneously minimizing wastage and eliminating trash. These w**es come as fresh as possible and are always stored in perfect conditions ready to be served, without any hint whatsoever of unintended oxidation.
