We firmly believe that a fine w**e experience is not just simply about selecting great w**es but also how they are presented -- just as their w**emaker would have intended. In addition to serving these w**es in the sensually rich ambiance of an authentically outfitted 1920's vintage railroad boxcar including all the fine accouterments, we are fanatically obsessed with delivering a memorable experience. We create a journey you will remember -- one that will almost make you feel that have been to these wonderful lands, having touched the twisted gnarled vines and tasted the passion of the people whose craft we bring forth. For us, it doesn't just stop with the carefully curated w**es. We are also fanatical about everything that happens behind the scenes. We care deeply about how the w**e is stored, the temperature at which it is served and how it's kept fresh using our high-tech w**e service equipment. Then we have our friendly, well-trained and passionate team bring it all together for you and serve it to you in the finest quality stemware for maximum enjoyment. We feature mainly artisanal w**es from all over the world that are minimally manipulated, cleanly crafted using modern techniques and yet reflect their native terroir. So whether you've just started your journey of w**e discovery or you're a well traveled oenophile, you'll find a plethora of w**es to excite your palate at
BXCR. Although our collection focuses heavily on w**es from artisanal producers, family owned w**eries, up and coming w**emakers and farmer/grower cooperatives, we also feature small lot production w**es from many well known names and some off the beaten path. Many of our selections also include sustainably farmed, biodynamic or organically farmed w**es -- all of which are growing movements in w**e regions across the world designed to bring you purity. You will be hard pressed to find hardly any of these w**es at grocery stores or big box retailers because, frankly, there just isn't enough "volume" of these fabulous w**es made, that would grab the interest of these big guys. We strongly believe the best w**e is crafted in small lots with great care in w**eries and not mass-produced in a facility that looks like petroleum refinery or a chemical processing plant. We are also proud to feature one of the largest selections of keg w**es by the glass a movement whose time has come and we are one of it's biggest proponents. In addition to being the best way to keep w**es fresh after the completion of its vinification and aging, it is also the most planet friendly and energy efficient way to package and transport w**es putting out the least amount of greenhouse gases per ounce of w**e while simultaneously minimizing wastage and eliminating trash. These w**es come as fresh as possible and are always stored in perfect conditions ready to be served, without any hint whatsoever of unintended oxidation. From the vineyards to your lips it is the w**e equivalent of "farm to table" and what we at BXCR call "vine to table" as fresh as can be. We also feature a large selection of premium w**es by the glass using a state-of-the-art W**eEmotion (TM) w**e storage and dispensing system In addition, we offer to open practically any bottle of w**e in our store and pour you a glass using the innovative Coravin (TM) w**e access system. The end result: an incredible array of choices at your finger tips (and your lips) unlike anything you might have previously.
