Our 7th Anniversary Belgian Quad drops exclusively at Cherry Street Brewpub at Halcyon this Saturday, September 12th at 11 AM.
And there are ONLY 100 BOTTLES.
For this anniversary release, we took our multi-award-winning Belgian Quad—a beer we believe represents some of the best to ever come out of this location—and aged it in a Good Times Bourbon Mexican Vanilla barrel.
The barrel adds layers of toasted oak, vanilla, and subtle bourbon sweetness to the Quad’s rich dark fruit and classic Belgian character. Big, complex, beautifully aged, and worthy of seven years at Halcyon.
