The Patel Old Fashioned- a study in balance. 🥃🍊 Jaggery for depth. Rose water for intrigue. Cardamom and orange bitters for a finish that lingers exactly as long as it should.

The Recipe:🧊
1.5 oz Patel Bespoke Straight Bourbon Wheat Whiskey
¾ oz jaggery syrup
1 bar spoon rose water
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash cardamom bitters
Garnish: orange peel twist

Stir over ice for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube and savor every sip. Cheers!

** A word on the rose water- a generous hand is forgiven here. The dilution from stirring does the work of bringing it into balance.
