Yutaka Nakajima of Domaine Nakajima never set out to follow convention.

Farming quietly in Nagano, he tends his vineyards by hand and even builds much of his own winemaking equipment, believing that every detail should reflect the place it comes from.

Thoughtfully farmed, fermented with native yeasts and made with a light touch, these are wines of remarkable purity and calm precision.

This release comprises the 2024 vintage of the same mainstay cuvées, and welcomes Yutaka’s debut Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Mido Vineyard, alongside the endlessly drinkable Table Wine Blanc and Table Wine Rouge produced from the 2025 harvest.

Honest. Vibrant. Unmistakably Nakajima.

Among Burgundy’s new generation, few growers have risen with the quiet conviction of Adrien Lattard . Working from the granite slopes of the Beaujolais-Villages and the northern reaches of Burgundy, he has quickly earned a reputation for wines that favour precision over power, and authenticity over artifice.

Thoughtful farming and a gentle touch in his cellar define every decision. Whole-bunch fermentations, restrained extraction, and patient élevage allow each site to speak with remarkable clarity, producing wines of purity, energy, and effortless drinkability.

The 2024 vintage is his most assured release yet. Shaped by a demanding growing season, the wines are strikingly vivid and finely detailed, balancing lifted aromatics with crunchy fruit, mineral tension, and an elegance that belies their youth. They are expressive without excess, immediately charming yet built with the assuredness to evolve.

For those following Burgundy’s most exciting emerging voices, Adrien Lattard’s 2024s mark another compelling step forward — and a reminder that some of the region’s brightest discoveries are still flying just beneath the radar.

Salima and Alain Cordeuil never meant to make wine. A psychology student and a literature student, they took on a few forgotten parcels nobody wanted, high on the limestone slopes of Noé-les-Mallets, the highest vines in all of Champagne.

Farmed organically, made with native yeasts and zero dosage, held for years before release. This release brings their long aged Champagnes, the decade-old Liber 2015, and two new Coteaux Champenois. Taut, stony, alive.

Arriving soon on Singapore’s sunny shores on pre-arrival.

More finesse. More precision. Never more.

We’ve just returned from Germany, where we’ve begun a relationship we’ve long dreamed of; our first allocation from one of the world’s most admired estates. A day with Klaus Peter Keller tells you everything. He talks about roots. Wind. Shade. Decisions that matter not in five years, but fifty. “Nature is always your boss,” he told us, standing among young vines on the limestone slopes.

Founded in 1789, Keller has become one of the defining estates of modern Germany, a benchmark for dry Riesling and, increasingly, Spätburgunder. At the very summit sits G-Max, one of the rarest white wines in the world, which we are honoured to offer as part of the collection.

Our first allocation, extremely limited. Arriving soon in Singapore on pre-arrival.

The kind of Champagne that stops conversations mid-sentence.

Based in Congy, just south of the Côte des Blancs, Olivier Collin is the only grower in Champagne to release 100% single-vineyard cuvées.

We’ve followed him since 2006, from relative obscurity to full-fledged stardom. With each release he finds new ways to thrill us and this latest collection is Olivier at his very best.

Vinous, textured, true magic in the glass. 🍷

Our allocation is limited. Arriving soon in Singapore on pre-arrival.

After reconnecting with the lulu team during the Norakura harvest last year, we couldn’t stop thinking about bringing a little of their vibe to Singapore.🥳

We’ve also been friends with the since they first opened on Circular Road back in 2022, and the warm, cozy atmosphere they’ve created feels like the perfect match for this special one-day collaboration.

We can’t wait to share the wines, good vibes, and a taste of lulu with everyone 🍷

Location: Juice Circular Road
Food: Special SG-style cheesecake by Juice Head Chef and light bites!

Having previously trained under Takahiko Soga, Atsushi Suzuki’s work has followed suit in becoming a reference point for purity and restraint in Japanese wine. .atsushi.suzuki

The focus here has always been on listening rather than imposing — allowing the cool maritime climate, volcanic soils, and slow ripening cycle of Yoichi to define the frame of each wine. The approach is unhurried, precise, and deeply site-driven.

The latest release continues this trajectory with striking clarity. Wines of lifted aromatics and fine-boned structure, carrying with them a quiet intensity — all tension, finesse, and finely etched detail, unfolding gradually in the glass rather than announcing themselves upfront.

Standing amongst his most articulate expressions to date, these wines — like those of Takahiko Soga’s — form a compelling snapshot of what Yoichi can achieve at its highest level.

Very limited. Offer coming soon.

Few names have done more to elevate the identity of Japanese wine than Takahiko Soga, and his journey in Yoichi has become quietly foundational to its modern renaissance.

At Domaine Takahiko, patience as a virtue is equal parts philosophy and way of life. Year after year, Soga-san continues to refine an approach rooted in restraint, intuition, and an almost reverent reading of place - where Pinot Noir is guided — never forced — into clarity.

The 2024 Rosé de Noir “Grand Cuvée” represents the apex of this vision. A release shaped by precision and calm intensity, it moves with lifted aromatics, crystalline structure, and a quietly persistent depth that unfolds rather than declares itself.

This is Takahiko Soga’s highest expression to date — and one of the most compelling statements yet from Yoichi.

Arriving soon (along with other mainstay cuvées) and as limited as always. Keep your eyes peeled for the offer.
