We’re very proud to share that Cye Maddocks (Head Chef at our sister restaurant ) has been selected to represent his home country, the Isle of Man, at this year’s Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Canada 🇮🇲 🏋️‍♂️🇨🇦

To help send him on his way will be hosting a Fundraiser Dinner on 31st August 🍝🍷

Come along, enjoy a great night and help us show Cye plenty of support before he heads off to compete 💪

NOW POURING - IPA SERIES #11 STRAWBERRY & PASSIONFRUIT SOUR IPA 6.2% 🍻

This Fruited Sour IPA was inspired by the styles brewer (and good friend of ours!) Oli was producing back in his home country whilst utilising techniques learned at 👌A light malt base with oats and wheat helping to give body and mouthfeel, with a touch of lactose to round off the acidity. A 200g/litre addition of Strawberry and Passionfruit puree hits with big fruit flavours and an Idaho 7 and Riwaka hop combination is there to boost those extra tropical notes 🤤
