We had a smaller turnout of players for our monthly singles competition on Saturday .

The winner of the Mens games with 4 straight wins was Rex .

The 6 ladies playing all had 2 wins each, which resulted in a playoff to select a winner .

The winner was Pauline .
Runner up was Andrea .

Thankyou to Patch for making sure we did not get too thirsty !

We had a fabulous fun day yesterday playing pool .
We hosted the Matamata RSA 8 Ball and tried very hard to win back The Brook Clive Memorial Trophy .
Sadly, it wasn't to be , as the games ended in a draw , which shows how competitive both clubs were!
Our lunch from Marie's Kitchen, The Catering Cabin was delicious and appreciated .
Thank you Andrea Clive for running a well organised tournament , Carol Linton and Gaileen for selling the raffles , Ron for providing the music for the day and last but not least , Patch for keeping us all hydrated at the bar !!

As June begins with its typical unstable weather, we are pleased to announce that Glen Carley will be featured this Friday at 7pm. A courtesy bus will operate from 4pm, and 615 will host raffles and jokers wild, with the membership draw at 7pm. Marie's Kitchen will provide classic Kiwi meals and desserts from 5pm, with a great atmosphere, food, and music for you to enjoy.
