We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable person to join our team as Part-Time Bar Staff. At The LBJ, we’re a neighbourhood pub in the heart of Burnside, focused on great service, great food, great beer and good people. If you’re a hard worker, enjoy chatting with people and creating a positive atmosphere, you'll fit right in.

About the Role
- Serving drinks and meals
- Engaging with customers and building relationships with our locals
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere during live sport and busy service periods
- Operating the till and handling transactions
- Keeping the venue clean, tidy, and presentable

What we're looking for
- A genuine people person who enjoys talking with customers
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Someone who can stay calm and friendly during busy periods
- Previous experience is a bonus, but character and attitude are what matter most

Our new menu has been available for a little over a month now, we have taken on board your feedback and suggestions and we’ve made some adjustments and added a couple new dishes. 👀 👀 🍲

We’ve also shifted our kitchen open days to Tuesday - Saturday, 12pm-8pm. Come in and give our new dishes a try, or just stick with your trusty favourites! 😊
