From slow-cooked lamb rump served with rich red w**e jus and creamy mash, to pan-seared fish with lemon butter sauce and capers, comforting pesto fusilli pasta topped with Parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes, and a vibrant Caprese salad bursting with fresh tomatoes and creamy burrata.
