Full Time Chef

West Melton Tavern is looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Chef to join our busy but chill kitchen team.
We’re after someone who is confident, organised, and able to run the kitchen independently when the head chef is away. We pride ourselves on having a relaxed and supportive kitchen environment while still maintaining high food quality and service standards.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous kitchen experience required
• Ability to confidently run the kitchen independently
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Food Control Plan requirements
• Able to maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Calm under pressure during busy service periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
