You know we're heading to Riccarton Park this Cup Week? Well, the kitchen's coming with us. Our chefs will be preparing on site all day on Wednesday 11 November: seared wagyu nigiri, freshly shucked oysters, sashimi made to order and the Nikkei plates you know us for.

It's race day, minus the soggy box catering.

Absolut Tabasco takes over the roof from this Friday 2 October for the month. Opening night, Fairbrother is on the decks and our cocktails for the month are on the menu.

Live music and DJs on the roof all week, brought to you by Campari for negroni week. Order one at the bar, stay for the set.

Bulldog Gin, Campari, vermouth and sorbet, churned by hand to order. Part cocktail, part palate cleanser, all bitter orange brightness. $22.
