Not long left of Appleton's August.

Four cocktails, one clear favourite — Black River Swizzle's been the one people keep coming back for. Good chance we bring it back for a special occasion down the line, so watch this space.

Black River Swizzle — Heritage
Appleton Estate Signature Rum, Hibiscus Cordial, Lime, Mint, Ginger, Orange

Four notes of Appleton's rum. Four cocktails, only here till the end of August.

Estate Bloom — the dried fruit character the rums carry, front and centre.

Nassau Velvet — an old fashioned, twisted. Spice and oak lead the way, especially where the 12 year comes through.

Black River Swizzle — origin and hibiscus, the classic Jamaican swizzle done properly.

Appletons Pie — toffee and richness, built into a dessert cocktail that knows when to stop.
