Per pochi giorni, tra luce e silenzio, il vigneto si riempie di piccoli fiori bianchi appena sbocciati. È qui che inizia il racconto di ogni grappolo, custodito dall’equilibrio della natura e dal tempo lento della terra.

Un passaggio discreto, quasi invisibile, ma fondamentale: la promessa del vino che verrà. 🍃

C’è una terra che non si limita a sostenere la vite: la plasma.

Rocce calcaree e componenti argillose si intrecciano nei nostri suoli, dando origine a un equilibrio unico che ritroviamo nel calice: eleganza, equilibrio, struttura e profondità.

Ora la stagione si sta svegliando lentamente e anche qui tutto ricomincia a respirare: la luce cambia, i filari si accendono, la natura riparte. ☀️

Si chiude un’altra edizione fatta di energia, confronto e nuovi sguardi!

Dal 12 al 15 aprile abbiamo vissuto giornate intense, tra assaggi, racconti e incontri che lasciano il segno. Ogni calice versato è stato un modo per far conoscere chi siamo e da dove veniamo.

Torniamo a casa con nuove connessioni e la stessa voglia di continuare a crescere.

Grazie a chi ha fatto parte di questo percorso, anche solo per un brindisi. 🍷
