Experienced cook/kitchen assistant required for our Gastropub within Kilkenny The job involves all preparation and of food Cleaning to a high standard. The ideal candidate should be experienced working on their own initiative. The job entai, keeping all HACCP records, all food orders and complying with HSE regulations.

HACCp would be beneficial. Also you need to have experience working in a kitchen or catering background, must be organised and have good time keeping, must be able to perform well under pressure.

Good command of English language and a positive attitude are essential.

Excellent remuneration package for the suitable candidate.
