This Thursday night we’re delighted to welcome Fionn O’Hargáin back to the front bar in Ryan’s 🎸✨Flying solo once again but armed with a setlist that jumps from Dylan and The Beatles to The Smiths, Pixies, Oasis and a few cracking originals of his own 🎶🍻 If you like your Thursdays filled with a bit of folk, rock, indie and the odd Irish gem, you’ll be right at home. Grab a pint, pull up a stool and let Fionn carry the evening along nicely.😄🔥Music kicks off at 9pm.
Friday night in Ryan’s is shaping up nicely with a double dose of live music 🍻🎶 First up we’re delighted to welcome back mr. TONY ST. LEDGER to the front bar 🎸 The Trouble Pilgrims guitarist takes to the stage solo for an evening packed with original songs, stories and tracks from his brilliant album Man On A Bridge. A proper songwriter and one not to miss if you fancy easing into the weekend with something a little bit special ✨ Music kicks off at 7.30pm. Then from 10pm the volume goes up a notch when SMOKE WOOD roll into town 🔥 Barry Whyte and Thomas Fenlon trading riffs up front, Billy Reddy keeping the engine running from the back and Paul Donohoe laying down those smooth bass lines all night long 🎤🎸 Expect rock, blues, serious musicianship and plenty of mayhem along the way. Get in early, grab a pint and settle yourself in. Friday’s looking like a cracker 😄🍺
Saturday night is going to be an absolute scorcher in Ryan’s with the return of DEVIL’S CADILLAC to the front bar 🔥🎸 It was April when we last saw the lads, which is far too long by anyone’s standards. So batten down the hatches and strap yourself in because these boys don’t do quiet 😄🍻Expect wall to wall rock classics from Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Guns N’ Roses, Iron Maiden, Bon Jovi, The Rolling Stones and plenty more besides 🤘🎶 Proper loud guitars, serious energy and the kind of night that’ll have the whole bar roaring along before long. Space up front will disappear fast so get in early, grab a stool and secure the pint supply. Music kicks off around 10pm 🍺🔥
This Sunday evening we’re delighted to welcome THE REPTILES to Ryan’s for their debut gig in the front bar 🐊🎸Now while it’s their first time under the Ryan’s lights as the Reptiles, the faces certainly won’t be new to anyone around here 😄🍻 A seriously tasty mix of southern country rock, soul and blues is on the cards with tunes inspired by the likes of Tedeschi Trucks Band and Gov’t Mule 🔥🎶With Mick Ivory and Mark Bolton on board expect smoky riffs, soulful grooves, it’s going to be the kind of Sunday session that starts off handy and ends with the whole place foot tappin and head bobbin.. Sure where else would ya be only Ryan’s. Music kicks off in the front bar from 8.30pm ✨🍺
