For Culture Night 2026, The Ol’ 55 presents Jazz on the Edge of Europe, a free night of live jazz featuring Galway musicians and a headline ensemble led by Sean Furey.

A celebration of Galway’s live music culture, late-night atmosphere and European jazz influences in an intimate city-centre venue.

Galway's quintessential quiz night based on trending & throwback trivia, telly, fillum, photo & song rounds - and prizes aplenty.

Each COMMON KNOWLEDGE QUIZ NIGHT is different and could include throwback & trending trivia, picture rounds, song games, telly & fillum rounds, song games - and whatever other nonsense we whip up.

There are prizes for the top two scoring teams - plus spot prizes throughout. Prizes include bar tabs, gig tickets & more.

Tickets: Book a table for 4 people for €20. Book a table for 2 people for €10. Book a ticket for 1 person for €5.
