★ What a lovely evening at Welly’s Quiz Night! ★

A huge thank you to everyone who came along tonight and made it such a fun evening. It may have been a little quieter than our first quiz, but the atmosphere was fantastic, with lots of laughs, friendly competition and a great night all round.

A special thank you to Terry for another brilliant job as quiz master, and to Caz for working so hard behind the bar. We couldn’t do it without you both. 🖤

Our next Quiz Night is on Thursday 6th August and there are now only TWO tables remaining! ⭐

Gather your team of 3–4 people, get booked in, and don’t forget that food is available to pre-order.

🤍 Calling all talented local cake makers! 🤍

We’re hosting a beautiful wedding reception at Welly’s Kitchen & Bar on 14th August, and our lovely couple are looking for someone who could create a cake similar to the inspiration photo below.

Unfortunately, our usual cake maker isn’t available, so we’d love to support another local baker if possible.

If you’re available and think you could help, please pop a photo of your work in the comments or send us a message with some examples of your cakes and an approximate quote.

We’ll pass all suitable options on to the bride and groom, who’ll choose the cake that’s right for them.
