Experienced Café Cook Wanted
We’re looking for someone lovely to join our little team at Welly’s Kitchen & Bar in Worthing!
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
9:30am – 3pm
16.5 hours per week
With the possibility of additional hours for holiday cover.
We’re a small, friendly independent café serving breakfasts, brunches and lunches, and we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a busy kitchen.
You don’t need to be a qualified chef, but previous experience in a busy café or similar kitchen is essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
♡ Is confident working independently and taking charge of the kitchen during service.
♡ Can juggle multiple orders and keep calm under pressure.
♡ Is organised, efficient and takes pride in the food they send out.
♡ Has a good eye for presentation and attention to detail.
♡ Is friendly, reliable and enjoys being part of a small team.
Some days are lovely and steady, others are completely bonkers! So being able to keep up when things get busy is really important.
In return, we offer daytime hours, a lovely little team and a friendly, relaxed place to work.
Pay: National Minimum/Living Wage, as applicable.
