We are incredibly proud to watch and support Abigail Smith on Masterchef: The Professionals this year. Abigail was a member of our kitchen team, who went on to pursue her dreams of working in a Michelin Star Restaurant, now working the kitchen at The Hand and Flowers, Marlow!

An extremely talented and hardworking Chef. At only 21, what an achievement this is, so early in your career. From all of us at The Rose, we wish you the very best of luck 🖤

Today feels a little different for Team Rose
🌹 💔

Our fabulous General Manager leaves us to embark on a new adventure. 2021, when Will took on the Rose he has been the driving force behind everything we offer, creating memories leading to friendships with many of our guests. This man can brighten any day with his bold personality and we know you will all miss him just as much as we will.
Will, from our team, we wouldn’t change a single thing. We thank you for being the chaotic chap you are and for your guidance and support since day 1 right to the very end. You are an incredible leader, role model and your next venue are very luck to have you. In an industry full of changes, you are the definition of what hospitality stands for. To work under you has been an honour.

From the bottom of our hearts and with tears in our eyes, we wish you the very best of luck.

All our love Will,
Team Rose 🌹
