Hi All,

I’m Luis, the new General Manager at The Drumming Snipe and the newest addition to the team!

I’ve been working in hospitality for 21 years, following an earlier career in the police force. I’ve had a pretty crazy journey through fine dining and high-street restaurants, before discovering my real passion for gastro pubs.

I love hospitality, but most of all, I love interacting with people, meeting new faces, and creating great experiences for our guests.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve already had the pleasure of meeting so many of our locals and regulars, and I have to say, it’s such a beautiful community to be part of. ❤️

If you haven’t popped in to see us for a while, why not stop by and say hi? Whether you’re joining us for a quick drink, a bite to eat, or just catching up with friends, we’d absolutely love to welcome you back.

There’s always something happening at The Snipe, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know even more of you and making The Drumming Snipe a place you’re excited to visit again and again.

Love Standing paddle boarding and dog walks.

🍕 What's your favourite food?
Having an Italian/Brazilian heritage, my love for food is great, it will always be pasta and BBQ, if combined it is heaven on earth, food coma for sure!

🍸 What's your go-to drink?
My go-to drink is G&T all the way.

✈️ What's your favourite place you've visited?
The Swiss alps on summer (August), it is a breath taking to see nature and experience the wildlife

🎯 What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend time with my Dog Billy (a bulldog/ basset hound cross, either going for a Walk, swimming or just cuddles.

😌 Sweet or savoury?
Savoury always. Can't share sweet with Billy =]

🌅 Are you a morning person or a night owl?
I have been made a morning person since I was young, no time to sleep at military school.
