My month of walking is complete. 155.3km over 31 days.

Thank you to all the people that joined me this morning for my last 5km.

The The Prostate Project Man Van is here all day. We are incredibly lucky to have this charity locally, come down to the pub today before 4pm to get tested. All you need is your NHS number!

Then as a reward for potentially saving your own life, you are at a pub, I’ll leave that decision to you.

November Motor Meet at The Olive Tree

Join us on Sunday 29th November from 8:30am to 11:30am for our monthly motor meet! Bring along your pre 1990s pride and joy, whether it’s a car, bike or something a little more unusual. We’ve even had a fire engine join us!

Enjoy a bacon or sausage roll for £5, with tea and coffee available in exchange for a charity donation.

We'll be at The Olive Tree, Sutton Green on Saturday offering free PSA blood tests to eligible men.

Who is eligible for a FREE PSA test?

• All men aged 50–70
• Black men aged 45–70
• Men aged 45–70 with a family history of prostate cancer, or whose mother has had breast or ovarian cancer.

No booking is needed. Just come along during the event, you MUST bring your NHS number, as we cannot carry out the test without it.
A PSA test is a simple blood test that can help identify possible prostate problems, including cancer. Early prostate cancer often has no symptoms, which is why knowing your risk is so important.
Please share this with anyone who might be interested.
