Although we won’t be offering full venue hire just yet, we’ll have a private area for up to 12 people — perfect for a smaller, more intimate Christmas party or gathering.

Our room hire is completely free. All drinks must be purchased from Vineyard72, and food is optional. However, we don’t allow food purchased elsewhere to be brought into our venues.

📣A little update about our Bottomless Brunch…

After a lot of thought, we’ve made the decision to stop offering our regular Bottomless Brunch, with our final Bottomless weekend being Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September.

If you want to join us for one last Bottomless before then, there aren’t many slots left, so we would recommend getting booked in soon!

If you already have a Bottomless booking with us after 6th September, don’t worry — all existing bookings will absolutely be honoured as booked.

Bottomless has been part of Vineyard72 and we know how many of you love it. But after looking closely at bookings and how it has worked over the last several months, we’ve come to the conclusion that it’s something that will work much better for us as an occasional event rather than something available every weekend.

That doesn’t necessarily mean goodbye to Bottomless! We’re considering bringing it back one weekend a month, as well as for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter and Valentine’s. Perhaps even a premium w**e or Prosecco bottomless .
Nothing has been decided yet, but we’ll keep you updated.

🍾We’ve also got some great ideas to replace it, including new food & drink packages and special offers — just without unlimited drinks! We’re really excited to start sharing those with you. (Later this week)

There are lots of reasons behind our decision which we won’t go into, and it isn’t one incident in particular it has just been a collection of things over the last few months but ultimately keeping our customers happy and our team happy is more important to us than continuing to provide a Bottomless service every weekend.

We actually think making Bottomless more occasional will make it feel like a proper event again when we do bring it back.

*we actually had a lovely table in yesterday for bottomless which Matthew said was his favourite bottomless table ever so if your readying this please don’t think this was anything that you did! This announcement has been planned since Friday!

☀️It’s going to be another scorcher today☀️

We are open in both our Tynemouth venues from 12pm. If you’re wanting food it is only Green Ginger serving food whilst we renovate inside of the front street venue!

⛱️We have outside seating at both of these venues but we do not accept reservations for the outside spaces when you make a booking you will be allocated inside but if there are tables available outside just let us know you are here and have taken an outside table. Currently front street does not operate a reservation system just turn up and grab the first seat available directly outside or in the secret garden

📆Whitley bay is open over the next couple of weeks for private functions only whilst niamh takes a well deserved holiday. We will reopen to the public on Friday 28th August!

Vineyard72 Tynemouth
• Private cocktail lounge for 15–45 guests seated, with standing room available.
• Need more space? We can also include our bar area with an additional 20 seats, plus extra seating in the communal area, giving you plenty of flexibility for larger celebrations.

Vineyard72 Whitley Bay
• Exclusive venue hire for up to 40 guests seated, with additional standing room.
• Your own private bar and staff.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, engagement, wedding, graduation, retirement, divorce, Christmas party or simply getting friends and family together, we’d love to host you. We also welcome corporate events, networking evenings, workshops and craft events.

Food is completely optional, but if you’d like to dine with us, we offer:
• Grazing tables from £16.95 per person (from 1st September)
• Sharing boards from £23.95 each
• Traditional buffets available on request.

Please note that outside catering isn’t permitted, with the exception of a celebration cake.

As room hire is completely free, we simply ask that drinks are purchased from the venue. They don’t have to be alcoholic, but this helps us cover the cost of providing your private space, bar and staff.

To secure your booking, we require a £50 deposit, which is returned to you on the day or deducted from any food ordered.
