How , it's November already?!!

If you're trying to squeeze one last little outing into half term before everyone goes back to school and work tomorrow, we're open today from 11am.

Come in for a drink, let Simon find you a game or just sit and have a catch-up.

Happy Halloween! 🎃

If you're out and about in Weston today, we're open from 10am if you fancy popping in.

You can grab a drink, meet up with some mates or settle down with a game for a bit.

And if you've had enough of Halloween by this evening and just want somewhere to sit and relax, that's fine too!

Hope you all have a lovely Saturday, whatever you're up to.

Morning!

If you’re running out of ideas for keeping everyone entertained this half term, we’re back open tomorrow!

Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, bring whoever you’ve managed to persuade to leave the house for a bit. 😂

We’ve got plenty of games for different ages, and you’re welcome to stay for a drink while you’re here too.

It’s a nice way to spend a couple of hours together without spending a fortune.

Running a business can feel like being stranded on an island. You make the calls, fix the problems and celebrate the wins, often on your own. Every other Friday we swap that for lunch with people who get it. No hard sell, just good food and good company. Fancy joining us? Drop us a message 🍽️

It’s Sunday!

If you’re in town later and fancy somewhere to sit for a bit, we’re open from 11.

You can play a few games, have a drink or just catch up with your mates. You don’t have to make a whole afternoon of it.

Although you’re very welcome to if you want!

Hope you’re all having a good weekend 😊

Morning

Nothing particularly exciting to announce, we just thought we’d say hello!

Hope you’re all having a lovely weekend, and we’ll see some of you later 😊

We’ve all got that one board game we’ve been meaning to try for ages.

Every time we see it, we say we’ll play it next time.

Then next time comes around and we end up playing something we already know.

At this point, putting it off is practically a tradition 🤭😂

There’s something quite funny about how seriously you can end up taking a tiny little cube.

At the beginning of a game, it’s just a cube.

An hour later, you’re negotiating for it like it’s a house deposit.

Board games are a strange hobby.

We like them very much.

20/10/2026

You don’t actually have to play board games to come to the Games Room.

We know, slightly odd thing for a board game pub to say. 😂

But we’re a pub too!

You’re more than welcome to pop in for a drink, catch up with friends or just have a look around.

And if you do fancy trying a game while you’re here, we’ve got hundreds to choose from, with no charge to play.

You might arrive planning to stay for one drink and end up discovering a new hobby.

We’re open Thursday to Sunday, and everyone’s welcome, whether you’re a seasoned gamer or haven’t picked up a board game since school.
