Great news! The power has been restored and we are now open and serving food from 5pm!

24/10/2026

Frustratingly we still remain without power and so will be shut until further notice. National grid are saying 8am tomorrow morning. We have no phone line due to the power and so apologies to those who have been trying to contact us. We will post out on here with any further information as soon as we know anything.

23/10/2026

Very sorry to say due to the extreme weather we have now been updated the power will not be restored until 1pm sat.

All done at the The Cornish Arms Frogpool for their FrogFest - and so ends a busy week with 4 bookings at various ends of the county.

Sam's AI analysis of our social media, and how to grow our following, suggests that making 'funny' posts should only be a part of what we do online and we should mix it up a little bit.

Therefore this will be a serious post. We will not be making any BBQ related jokes about hot sausages, lovely baps or that time Matt sang a bit too hard a little bit of sauce came out.

We will simply be saying thank you to those of you who interact with us online and welcome aboard any new followers.

Thank you to those of you who interact with us online and welcome aboard to our new followers.
