Kenwyn Community Fund Panel Meeting Tonight

This evening, the Kenwyn Community Fund Panel will come together to consider 11 applications requesting more than £90,000 of funding from the Community Benefit Fund.

The panel is made up of seven local representatives, including four parish residents and three parish councillors, who volunteer their time to carefully review each application and ensure funding is invested where it can make the greatest positive impact within our communities.

This round of applications covers a diverse range of projects, including improvements to community facilities, initiatives that support health and wellbeing, activities that encourage participation in sports and recreation, environmental enhancements, educational opportunities, and projects that help bring people together and reduce isolation.

With a fund pot of more than £290,000 available to support local projects with Kenwyn Parish, the Community Benefit Fund continues to provide significant investment into initiatives that make a lasting difference for local people.

The panel meets up to four times each year, giving community groups, charities, voluntary organisations and other eligible bodies regular opportunities to apply for support.
