Afternoon all. Hope you had a reasonable week. On the bar at the Lion this weekend, we have a north and south Cotswolds double bill - Donningon's excellent Gold, and Hook Norton's much enjoyed Mild. And, of course, the superb (and still for now brewed in Burton) Bass 🔺. Hope to see you for a glass later on. All the best.

Our friend puts on a fantastic Joules sale every year to raise funds for U14s Towcestrians Rugby Club, tickets are only £5 in advance and all proceeds go to the club for kit and equipment, please come along if you can.

Afternoon everyone. Hope you survived another week reasonably well. Apologies but unfortunately GKitchen cant make it to us tonight due to adverse weather but we are hoping Howe & Co Fish and Chips will be able to pop by from 7:30 - 8:00pm, assuming they don't sell out before hand, so fingers crossed we will have some kind of food offering. And for those set on a curry, you can always order in a takeaway to the pub.
In the meantime, to help with the situation, we have Hook Norton's powerful Flagship IPA on the bar, as well as a second showing of the nourishing Ratliffe Stout. And the Bass, naturally. 🔺 Hope to see you later on.

We have GKitchen back with us this Friday 23rd with some incredible Indian Street Food and a brand new Goat Curry dish...pub open from 4pm and food served from 5.
