⏳️ The countdown is on for this year's Cask Ale Week (starts Thursday) & we've refreshed our cask pumps in readiness, as follows...

🍺 Jack in the Box (4.0%) from Blackjack Brewery is a blonde ale brewed as an ode to traditional British beer & ingredients. On the nose you'll get hedgerow & marmalade while the taste is pithy with earthy citrus notes and a slight caramel malt backbone. Smooth & light, it's an easy drinker for sure.

🍺 Arizona Gold (5.0%) from Phoenix Brewery is back! Brewed in Heywood, with the recipe from Amazona-based PHX Beer, it's a hoppy, smooth, mouth-watering golden ale. And it might be as close as you'll get to a sun-kissed corner of Arizona this week!

🍺 Finally, we'll know you'll love this treat from Brightside Brewing Company with their Karma IPA (5.0%). They've boosted the intensity of the hops in this craft IPA, so it delivers an orange peel bitterness and leaves you with a big smile. Gluten-free too!

Cheers all! And don't forget, you can try/enjoy all 3 beers in glasses a third of the size, with one of our Beer Boards. Ask at the bar! 🍻

For those who don't know, we Quiz every other Thursday night.

📱 It's a Speed Quiz format, so a smartphone or device is needed to play (you can borrow one on the night)

👉 We've got a new selection of beers pouring in time for the Bank Holiday weekend!

🍺 Sup North (5.8%) is a collaboration between 2 Northern breweries: Lees' Greengate Brewery and Northern Monk, to bring you a bright, West Coast IPA with backbone. Expect tastes of grapefruit & orange zest over a bold, resinous finish. It's unapologetically West Coast & you'll love it.

🍺 Odin (3.8%) is back from Brightside Brewing Company. A favourite on the taps, the refreshing, light-bodied pale ale combines Citra, Amarillo & Summit hops for a fruity, citrus flavour and moderately bitter finish. Perfect for a session!

🍺 And if you like your pale ale very pale, then you'll love the award-winning Pavilion Pale Ale (4.5%) from Bolton's Bank Top Brewery. It boasts a big fruity flavour and peppery hoppiness with a dry, bitter yet fruity finish. An all-round delightful, easy drinker.
