What everyoneās drinking this summer š
Weāre fascinated to see so many of you switch up your drink for the summer months, hereās a run down on whatās been moving up the rankingsā¦
Up first, our fave - a French CĆ“tes de Provence in the sunshine just ticks all the boxes. Dry and crisp with berry notes - perfect.
Orange wine - not a white, nor a rosĆ©, but still crisp and perfect for warm days, and with the body of a red. We now have two - a light easy-going orange from Romania or Oh Natural! A more complex Spanish expression, worth trying if youāre the adventurous type.
Cider - of any kind. Weāre seeing all kinds of beer drinkers move to the appley stuff and a huge rise in Old Mout Cider - fruit flavours are dominating, maybe we need to add another to the range?
Jubel is flying. So much so we have Peach, Pink Grapefruit and Lemon - maybe we bring the mango in too.
Finally, whether youāve gone completely tee-total, are zebra-ing (yes thatās a thing), or just moderating, you want a choice thatās for sure.
The new lemon lager from Lucky Saint is well worth a try, or of course thereās Thatchers 0, Guinness 0, Old Mout 0, Moretti 0, Tanqueray 0 - the list goes onā¦ No more soda and limes for the one not drinking!
Now, if that doesnāt call for a pub visit to try something new - we donāt know what does.
