After what had been a relatively quiet couple of weeks following the children’s return to school, this weekend has absolutely blown us away.
The support we’ve received here at The Talbot has been incredible, and we’d like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who came through our doors.
I’m incredibly proud of our team, who truly excelled themselves this weekend. Sunday, in particular, saw us achieve record-breaking numbers, and the hard work, commitment and dedication shown by everyone was outstanding. To our team — thank you. Your hard work makes everything we do possible.
Our New Menu
We’re currently putting the finishing touches to our brand-new menu. We know the launch has been pushed back a few times, and we really appreciate your patience.
We simply don’t want to rush it. We want to make sure that when it arrives, it’s something we’re genuinely proud to serve and something you’ll love.
We’re therefore delighted to confirm that our new menu will officially launch on 1st October. We can’t wait for you to try it!
Christmas Fayre
Our Christmas Fayre menu is now available, and bookings are officially open. We’re already filling up quickly, so if you’re planning a festive get-together with family, friends or colleagues, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Please remember that a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your table.
Christmas Day at The Talbot 🎄
We’re delighted to say that we are nearly fully booked for Christmas Day. We’ve also had lots of you asking when the Christmas Day menu will be available.
The menu is almost complete. Following a recent change within our kitchen team, we’ve taken a little extra time to revisit the menu and make sure it works perfectly for our team while delivering the quality and experience you expect from us.
It may have taken a little longer than originally planned, but this is Christmas Day — and we want to get it right.
We’re also working extremely hard behind the scenes on the pricing. We want to keep the cost as reasonable as possible without compromising on the quality of the ingredients or the experience. As everyone knows, ingredient costs have risen considerably, and creating the perfect Christmas Day at The Talbot means using the quality produce our guests deserve.
We’ll be sharing the full Christmas Day menu and pricing very soon, and we’re confident it will be worth the wait.
Finally, we’d once again like to say a heartfelt thank you for the fantastic support you continue to show us. It genuinely means so much to the entire team.
