What a night we had on Friday with - amazing, delicious and creative food, fabulous wines, great conversations. Chef Beth was an absolute delight to have in our kitchen and we can't wait to see her again. Her food is truly inspirational, and everyone who worked on Friday has been talking about it ever since.
