This Saturday coming 19th sep we have megs annual dog show here at Gnosall Family Sports and Social Club as always its always a fabulous well organised fun show for all the family and your fur babies.

Farmer John’s will be serving food from 1pm and throughout the afternoon and we have the amazingly talented Grace: Acoustic Duo playing for us from 5pm we look forward to another fabulous weekend with you all.

Hi all, we know it’s last minute, however we are looking for a singer/duo to perform for a couple of hours next Saturday 26th September from 2pm, for the grand opening of our new driveway “Sam Myatt Way” please get in contact if you’re available or may know of anybody interested!

Over the next few days there's lots of preparation work taking place down the club grounds with heavy machinery on site can you please enter the club outside areas with caution ⚠️ everything will be cordoned off areas that are not to be near but please make sure children are warned off the dangers and stay with parents.

This is a temporary precaution just while the preparations are taking place ready for the new drive and patio areas.

💙REMINDER💙

We will be closing our doors on Sunday 20th September for a very exciting reason !!

We are having our new driveway done this is fabulous news for so many.

Not only will it be fabulous to not have to avoid the 100s of potholes its going to bring so much more with space, safety and much better accessibility to the club we really can't thank everyone thats been involved from charity events, buying joker tickets and planning you are all truly amazing.

The biggest honour is the name change of the drive. Honouring the legacy of a much loved member of the community 💙Sam Myatt .

The club will be closed from Sunday afternoon up until the grand opening of the drive Sam Myatt way and revealing of the sign posts on Saturday 26th

We hope you can all join us in the celebration of opening the new club driveway SAM MYATT WAY 🥰

Thanks to the incredible generosity, fundraising efforts, and support of everyone at AFC Gnosall and the Gnosall Sports and Social Club, and john forrester this vital project has transformed our site access, ensuring a safer and more welcoming environment for everyone.

Following the official ribbon-cutting ceremony, we invite you to stay and celebrate Sam's legacy with a fantastic afternoon of community fun.

‼️‼️REMINDER ‼️WARNING ‼️

As we approach our new driveway date we've been in the process of making massive improvements to clear the brook in which helps tremendously with the flooding which we get down the club this is a massive project and alot of moneys and time has gone into this by all to try and make the club facilities better!

Unfortunately after warnings and previous posts we're still witnessing young children/teenagers coming down to the club grounds and surrounding area approaching the brook and Unfortunately we've just had confirmation that one of the connecting Farmers land and surrounding brook which they have cleared is having it filled back in by children.

We can't stress enough that not only is this very dangerous as in some places its 5ft deep its very upsetting and frustrating too as there's lots of people involved trying to better the area and its being ruined.

Please if you have children that are out and about please inform them of the dangers and please do not enter these areas.

Like we've said before we understand children are children and like to explore but there has to be rules for safety reasons.

The main menu and specials are also available being served from 5-8:30 this evening.
