We’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our management team here at the Marsh Harrier! 🍻
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead from the front and help us take our pub to the next level!
⭐ What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous experience in a pub management or similar leadership role
✅ A natural leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team
✅ Someone passionate about delivering fantastic guest experiences
✅ A commercially minded individual who understands sales, standards and driving performance
✅ Someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and leads by example
✅ A positive, hands-on attitude and a great sense of humour!
🍻 What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work alongside our General Manager to drive sales, maintain high standards, develop our people and ensure every guest leaves wanting to come back.
You’ll also take responsibility for running the pub in the GM’s absence.
