That's the end of week 1 at the European Bar Tending School! I'm working with some extremely talented individuals and some definite future bar superstars. It's been way more challenging than I was expecting, but an incredible place that has taken me way beyond my comfort zone. Back to work at the Snug this weekend and then do it all again next week!

The legendary Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe and Round Corner Brewing are bringing the tasting session we have always wanted! Saturday 7th November they are taking over our b**r board and pairing each one with a sublime pork pie from the world famous Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe in Melton Mowbray 🍮🍺
