We’re looking for an energetic, organised and passionate Kitchen Manager to take the reins and keep our kitchen running at its absolute best.
🍽️ What you’ll be responsible for:
📦 **Stock Management** – keeping everything well-stocked, organised and within budget (because nobody likes running out of chips mid-service!).
👥 **Team Training** – developing, supporting and motivating the kitchen team to be the best they can be.
📅 **Rota Development & Deployment** – creating effective rotas that keep the kitchen covered and the team happy.
⭐ **Food Quality Standards** – making sure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our high standards.
🧼 **Maintaining a 5⭐ Kitchen** – driving cleanliness, organisation, food safety and outstanding kitchen standards every single day.
🚀 **Leading from the front** – keeping the team motivated, calm and focused, even when the tickets start flying!
🔥 What we’re looking for:
Someone who is confident, passionate and hands-on, with the leadership skills to get the best out of a team.
You’ll need to be organised, have a keen eye for detail and, most importantly, care about delivering great food and a great experience.
We want someone who can bring energy to the kitchen, lead by example and create an environment where the team enjoys coming to work.
