We’ve been lucky enough to bag TWO KEGS of the limited-edition Hawkstone Wildthing Lager — and once it’s gone, IT’S GONE! 👀🍻

Wildthing is a limited-edition collaboration between Hawkstone and regenerative farming pioneers Wildfarmed, made using Wildfarmed barley and celebrating a shared belief that great beer starts with great farming. 🌾🚜

We couldn’t resist getting our hands on this one! 💙💛

G de Galoupet is dry, elegant and medium-bodied, with a silky texture and a beautifully fresh finish.

👃 Nose: white peach, pineapple, mango, citrus and delicate floral notes.
👄 Palate: fresh lemon and ripe yellow fruit, with a silky mouthfeel and a subtle saline, mineral finish.

And it’s not just a pretty bottle — the 2025 vintage was awarded Gold at The Global Rosé Masters 2026 and scored 92 points from Falstaff. 🏅

Made organically from five grape varieties, including Tibouren, a signature variety of Maison Galoupet.

It is with great sadness that we share the news that one of our regular visitors and dear friends, Clive, recently passed away 💔

Known by many and loved by all who met him, he will be greatly missed by our team and by so many others.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

Following the funeral, Clive’s family and loved ones will gather at Wine Rack Birkdale on this Monday 1st of June from 2:00 PM to celebrate his life, share memories, and raise a glass in his honour.

We kindly ask our guests to be respectful during this time. Thank you for helping us support those who knew and loved him 🙏
