Southport Salsa Thursdays

⭐️❤️⭐️This is a super friendly Salsa night every Thursday in Southport, UK with dance teacher Alison Fiddler.

➡ 7pm - 7:55pm Beginners (Cuban style)
➡ 8pm - 8:55pm Improvers (Cuban style)
➡ 9pm -10.45pm Social dancing/practice time

➡ £10 for classes and social (intermediate dancers can also join the improvers or beginners classes)

➡ £5 for social dancing only

Some people

come with their partner but many people come alone. We rotate partners during class so you will always have someone to dance with. It is a super friendly vibe, you will make new friends quickly!

➡ What should I wear? Comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Some people like to glam up and make an effort. Some prefer to keep it cool and casual.

➡ Hygiene: Salsa is a partner dance and so it makes for a much more pleasant evening when your dance partner is freshly showered with clean clothes and fresh breath. 😊

➡ Footwear: Shoes that are comfortable and stay on easily
A smooth sole can make it easier to move and creates less strain on the feet and knees. You do not need to buy dance shoes but if you already have some by all means bring them with you.
