🍂 Introducing Our New Head Chef — Ieuan Davies

We are delighted to welcome Ieuan Davies to The Royal Oak as our new Head Chef.

Ieuan brings an impressive culinary background, with experience across some of the finest kitchens in the region, including Michelin-starred and AA Rosette establishments. His achievements include Craft Guild of Chefs Rising Star, highest achiever awards in both pastry and main kitchen, and reaching the final of Young National Chef of the Year.

We’re excited to see Ieuan bring his experience, creativity and passion for exceptional food to The Royal Oak.

🍽️ His Autumn Menu Has Now Officially Launched

A carefully considered menu showcasing seasonal ingredients, quality produce and beautifully executed dishes — with something for everyone.
